Homefront's return policy for our online store differs from that for purchases made at our shops in Toronto. There is no return for online purchases of items made of glass, porcelain or pottery, except for exchanges of wedding and gift registry items. Wedding and gift exchanges must be made by the recipient in person at a Homefront location.

Customers may return non-glass and non-pottery items purchased on our website either by mail or by person at any Homefront store if returned to Homefront within 60 days of our original shipping date. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued for the value of the item including taxes.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
