Principle #1: Accountability
Homefront is responsible for maintaining and protecting all customer
information under our control. Homefront has designated an individual
who is accountable for our compliance with the Act and our 10 Privacy Principles.
Principle #2: Identifying Purposes
Homefront shall identify the purposes for which customer information is
collected, either before or at the time of collection.
Principle #3: Consent
Our customer's knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use or
disclosure of customer information except where required or permitted by law.
Principle #4: Limiting Collection
Homefront will limit the collection of customer information to only those
details that are necessary for the purposes identified. Information must be
collected by fair and lawful means.
Principle #5: Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
Your customer information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for
which it was collected, unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is
required or permitted by law. We will only retain your customer information
for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was
collected.
Principle #6: Accuracy
Homefront will keep the customer information we collect as accurate,
complete and up-to-date as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it
is to be used.

Homefront will protect the customer information we collect with
security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the
information.

What information does Homefront collect?
Every time you visit our web site, we automatically collect your Internet
Service Provider's address, the web page from which you came, and a record
of your activity on our site.
When you purchase from Homefront, we collect information that you
volunteer such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number
and other information necessary to process your purchase.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect information that you
volunteer such as your name, email address, and postal code.

How does Homefront use this information?
